About the Team
From strategic planning to concrete implementation, our team demonstrates a comprehensive awareness of quality management and ensures that every product meets and even exceeds customer expectations.
What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer:

Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase. Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP. Lead Customer satisfaction and relevant questions improve. Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across.

Your Profile as Customer Quality Engineer:

3-5 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience. Familiar with customer quality requirements, such as: FORMEL-Q，BIQS，VDA6.1&VDA6.3. Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit. Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
