Your responsibilitiesClose cooperation with the clients and representing the company in front of the client (audits, visits, teleconferences, technical support)Handling of customer complaints (8D)Keeping databases and preparing statistics on the complaint processConducting key defect analyzes and reporting the resultsSolving current quality and operational problemsSupervision of quality costsSolving quality problems in the production process and in the finished productAssessment and supervision of the approving process of production parts for PPAP/PPA productionCreation and modification of control plansDevelopment and supervision of quality documentation in the processParticipation in internal and external audits, including customer audits on ongoing projectsConducting corrective and preventive actions after internal audits, customer audits and complaintsOur requirementsAt least 2 years of experience in the field of quality management in a production plant (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is welcome)Very good command of EnglishKnowledge of the quality requirements of the automotive industry and OEM customersPractical knowledge of tools: Control Plan, Flow Diagram, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, 5WhyVery good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent work organization and problem solving skillsThe ability to conduct audits (is welcome)What we offerPossibility to develop and participation in trainingsCompetitive salary adequate to skills and experienceFree transport from Warsaw (Rondo Daszyńskiego, Ciepłownia Wola)Private Medicover medical care for the employee and employee’s familyCo-financing for the sport card MultisportCo-financing for holidays, Christmas gifts for employees' childrenPossibility to finance further education (Master's, postgraduate)Possibility to join to the PZU insuranceVery good working conditions in a brand-new office#LI-PR2
