Customer Quality Engineer

 

Your tasks:

Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...) Customer approval for mass production change Customer audits and follow-up, CSR evaluation and negotiation Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team Quality target definition for new project Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…) Sample quality assurance, Lessons learnt for new projects Other tasks assigned by the manager

 

Your profile:

Quality systematic all over knowledge Quality planning ability Problem solving skills Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, project management…
