Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction by leading quality initiatives, resolving customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality requirements and managing containment and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve customer quality goals, ensuring product and service satisfaction.
• Lead containment and corrective actions for customer complaints, ensuring effective solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategies to meet quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Support customer visits and lead taskforces for critical issues.
Qualifications:
• University degree (preferred in industrial engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methods (8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.).
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication, proactive, and self-motivated.
