Position Summary
As a member of our Memory Quality Assurance team, you will be able to make a real difference and contribute to the EMEA growing organization, while working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.In this role, you will provide quality assurance and customer service support to EMEA Customers, using our volatile (DRAM) and non-volatile (eMMC, UFS) memory chips. You will also monitor and/or analyze Memory products quality levels at customer side, prevent and resolve quality problems whenever they occur. By ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction you will foster a long-term relationship with them.

Role and Responsibilities
You will deal as a customer interface for technical and quality issues for automotive customersYou will ensure close cooperation to align Customer and Headquarter Quality organizationsYou will be responsible for timely reaction to customer concerns about Quality Assurance; coordinate Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions for continuous quality improvementYou will drive process change approvals as per Automotive industry requirementsYou will check and confirm routine failure modes; identify potential/emerging problems, and take preventive/corrective action accordingly; ensure timely communication of related QA information; direction to Samsung HQ for customer satisfactionYou will understand HQ strategy for QA; ensure local activities are organized accordingly; keep Sales, Marketing and Technical teams informed of relevant issuesYou will prepare/coordinate Quality meetings with major customers as requiredProfessional reporting of QA matters to HQ/EU managementMarket sensing to align internal process to meet Technical/Quality requirements
Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor/ Master degree in Electrical/Micro-/Electronics or Computer Science Engineering field2+ years of relevant experience within Quality Assurance/Customer Service.Experience within the Semiconductor / Electronics industry advantageousStrong Customer Service oriented approach, within automotive domain is a plusExcellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervisionProactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsFluent in English and German preferable (additional languages advantageous)Willingness to Travel (occasional)What We Offer
