Your role as Customer Quality Specialist is a key one for our organization.
The team is part of one of your Business Unit, named Network Components; our products are vital to connect power systems and support the development of efficient, reliable, and safe power grids.
Your role
About customer centricity. You will build relationships within the business by becoming a point of contact for questions and discussions about project requirements, defined quality actions and nonconformities. Organize regular alignment meetings and visits with Customers is part of your role.Process and Quality Requirements alignment. You will work with our customers, Project Quality Managers and Engineers through the Inspection and Test Plans and Quality documentation, also visiting clients and our plants.Customer Relationship. You will act as Customer focal point for all customer claims, supporting their prompt closure and driving improvements.Quality Assurance. Support the quality assurance function to comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications. You will make sure that quality assurance plan is in place and fully executed to improve the level of customer satisfaction.Who are we looking for?
You have technical background with a proven experience in quality assurance.Previous experience in similar industry (Engineering, Energy distribution/transmission, home appliance)You have a very analytical and quality / research oriented approach.Fluency in English is mandatory, and a second language would be a plus.You are willing to travel up to 50% of your work time.Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
