Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Customer Liaison in our Cleveland, Tennessee Stamping Facility. The Quality Customer Liaison is responsible for providing on site quality support for our customer. The ideal candidate will have prior Quality experience, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities: 

Review incoming product to customers facility   

Review our product at assembly points in the customers facility  

Daily reports on finding  

Prevent issues from occurring on customer’s floor  

Negotiate with customer  

Perform sorts / rework.  

Support plant to determine root cause    

Minimum Qualifications: 

Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills   

Demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerant and professional in a stressful and demanding environment.   

Ability to deal with disappointed customers    

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Numerate / able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use 

Self-confident with high level of personal impact 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Significant experience in customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience.   

Proven experience as a liaison or similar role in the automotive industry
