About the Role:
Responsible for answering customer service inquiries within a call center environment. Work independently and as a team on back office processing in an efficient manner and within standard.
What You Will Do:
Supports new and existing customers by answering inquiries in an inbound call environment, as well as email requests, while maintaining a high level of quality ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Works closely with internal departments and partners/programs to resolve customer issues, escalating as needed. Determines appropriate products and services to and route to the appropriate service center as needed. Documents call information related to the partner referrals, service calls, and call/issue type. Provides input and support to workflow, process efficiencies, and new products. Keeps supervisor abreast of trends and potential issues that are occurring in our call centers. Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Typically requires less than one year of related experience.The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.

Salary range: $14.38 hourly – $25.65 hourly
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
