About the role
The primary objective of the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is to engage with both new and existing customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries. Utilising a predictive dialer system, the CRO will manage call campaigns to successfully book appointments for prospective clients seeking a complimentary hearing check at Attune Hearing clinics across Australia. This role is essential in driving business growth for Attune Hearing by securing appointments that lead to increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team members in various related tasks as needed, while also being able to work independently to meet individual responsibilities and deadlines. Multitasking: Successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently. Meet assigned KPI Targets including but not limited to: appointments booked per hour, appointments attendance rates, quality assurance. Adhere appropriatley to the scripts provided Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being polite and courteous resulting in positive outcomes for the business. Update the database, ensure accuracy of information, and take required notes of conversations. Promote and represent the brand positively to potential and current clients. Build client interest in the service being offered.About you
Experience working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment (preferably with a predictive dialler) or target based sales environment Great telephone skills & customer service orientation Intermediate computer skills Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills Proven above average interpersonal skills Demonstrate sales, negotiation skills and objection handling skills Ability to learn detailed instructions quickly Experience working in an environment with KPI's Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve targets under pressure Experience in cold calling and approaching new clients, is desirable not mandatoryWhat we offer in return
