Responsibilities Position Overview: This position is responsible for collecting information from and responding to consumers via email / letter who contact the company regarding experiences they have had with Bob Evans food products. Accountabilities: Scan through emails for standard reply/answers regarding coupon requests, general questions, etc. Responses are guided through established responses and/or input from the Supervisor. Accurately records consumer feedback in department’s consumer relations software database. Complete printing of letters and placing them along with coupons into the envelope to be mailed. Look up store locations for specific products using designated website. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GEH required Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Ability to maintain confidentiality, and interacts with Consumer Relations team Ability to work independently within established procedures Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
