Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. Customer Relations Specialists will assist our customers with the transfer of vehicle data to third party sites, such as AutoTrader, Car Gurus, and dealer websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong presence and the ability to conduct themselves professionally during face-to-face interactions via Zoom with customers. This role requires an analytical mindset, excellent writing skills, and the capability to take initiative and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional manner during face-to-face meetings and calls
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Write clear and concise communications, including emails, reports, and documentation
- Take proactive steps to address customer inquiries and issues
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in handling tasks and resolving problems
- Adapt and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
