A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) at MKS Japan, you will partner with Sales to support customers.
You Will Make an Impact By:
·Maintains direct contact with customers by telephone, e-mail, and meeting.
·Receives PO from customer and takes appropriate actions.
·Keeps track of Sales or Repair price and reconciles with PO price.
·Maintains system registration for Sales price.
·Submits quotation of Repair price and receives approval from customer.
·Proactively confirms and informs customer delivery schedule.
·Goes into Customer Portal and takes necessary actions.
·Prepares documents for shipping transactions.
·Maintains direct contact with related departments internally to complete transactions and resolve issues.
Skills You Bring:
・Bachelor’s degree.
・Minimum 3 years of related experience (experience in Manufacturing preferred).
・Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook required.
・Fluent Japanese is required. Friendly attitude to English is required.
Preferred Skills:
• Business level English is preferred.
• Experience in using ERP SAP/Oracle is preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Flexibility to come to office either Kudan or Akishima.
