As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production processOrganizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customerSolving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progressAuditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our productsDefining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specificationsManaging and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production QualityUpdate control plan, be part of FMEA revisionValidate initial samples (PPAP, ECR management with customer)Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum education level
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a Master’s degree in engineering preferredProfessional Experience
