Job Responsibilities:
• Understand business strategy and business capabilities, analyze business processes to identify business pain points and opportunities
• Develop and implement CRM strategy
• Work with team to integrate ADC digital health tools (DHT) with CRM to fulfill local consumer needs and maximize the business impact of ADC
global digital health tools
• Plan and execute of consumer lifecycle communication and CRM engagement campaigns targeted from leads to lost customers.
• Support digital health tools manager (DHT manager) to promote the DHT download &
utilization
• Provide CRM supports across the sales channels from online to offline.
· Collaborate with stakeholders including sales
team, marketing team, CX team, APAC team to drive the user recruitment and activeness.
• Focus resources on optimizing new customer acquisition and life-time value.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of CRM related experience in a large multinational organization, 4+ years in CRM planning, consumer engagement, loyalty program and data analysis fields.
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communication, statistics, mathematics, or another discipline relevant or equivalent
