Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Gurgaon

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. Manage customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new customers and win back former customers. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for meeting customer needs. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team. Plan and manage communication campaigns to engage customers. Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and streamline the customer experience. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of industry-specific customer relationship management practices.
