About the Role
This role is responsible for executing various market, customer and distributor studies that aim to provide the business with insights on partners’ needs, wants and expectations, feedback on existing journeys, and opportunities for experience improvements and business growth. The outcomes of the research studies delivered by the individual holding this role will inform business decisions and help improve business outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:
With guidance from the Customer Research and Insights Consultant, the Customer Research and Insights Specialist will manage daily execution of various customer, distributor, and market research studies. Tasks will include coordination with research agencies, reviewing questionnaires, securing any necessary approvals, monitoring interviews and focus groups, validating research results, and scheduling presentations of results. The scope includes both lines of business of AIA – AIA Philippines and BPI AIA.Management of day to day operations of AIA’s Online Insights Community. In partnership with an external vendor, the Customer Research and Insight Specialist is expected to collect requirements from requestors, partner with vendor to design and set up the appropriate study, secure approvals, monitor response, and ensure timely delivery of results.Manage customer satisfaction surveys run via AIA’s real time customer survey platform. Partner with Operations and Technology to set up new surveys, and secure customer lists for all ongoing surveys. Ensure results are delivered to end users in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.Fulfill requirements relating to risk management, compliance, data privacy, vendor management, contract management, budget management, vendor payment, and other similar administrative items required to facilitate work required with external research partners/vendors.Manage relationships with research vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure commitment to planned research budget.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet other requirements.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: Marketing, Management, Psychology, Statistics, Economics or similar area of study1-2 years of experience in Market Research. Training and/or experience in human centered design a plusInsurance industry experience is a plusStrong mathematical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and can work under minimal supervisionProject management skillsAble to collaborate in cross functional and cross-cultural teamsEqual Opportunity
