Customer Retention Specialist

About the role

You’ll be reporting to our Customer Engagement and Insights Manager, where your expertise will be key in uncovering valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviours. Your findings will significantly shape our engagement strategies, driving us closer to our objectives.

We will count on your recommendations to implement changes that significantly elevate the customer experience and enhance retention rates.

You will delve into understanding customer interactions and preferences across multiple channels, including advice, direct, bank, partner, and group.

 

In this key role you’ll

Discover, analyse, and present compelling insights into customers' behaviours regarding their decision to stay or depart. Generate and share your valuable suggestions for improving our processes and elevating engagement. Strengthen customer loyalty by actively engaging with them at crucial moments throughout their life cycle. Launch impactful initiatives that boost customer retention and engagement to create a more compelling experience for our customers. Elevate customer engagement by proactively communicating about important incidents and valuable product enhancements.

 

To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following 

A proven track record in creating and implementing successful retention strategies that enhance customer loyalty. Skilled in interpreting data to deliver precise insights that reveal new growth opportunities. Demonstrated success in significantly improving the end-to-end customer experience, leading to higher satisfaction rates. Evidence that you consistently prioritise customer needs, ensuring their interests are at the forefront of every decision. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for presenting insights in a compelling and engaging manner.
