As an Customer Sales Associate, you will step into the role of a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their needs are met smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving any issues or concerns related to parts or equipment, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality solutions. With a keen eye for detail, your responsibilities will encompass processing customer orders, promptly addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and drive future sales. What you will do:
Proactively engages phone customers, taking the initiative to fully understand their needs and provide prompt and effective solutions. Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue. Actively seeks out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, constantly looking for ways to add value for customers. Boosts sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and demonstrates technical knowledge to provide customer value propositions. Drives sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders. Find best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. Makes outbound calls including marketing new products. Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
What you will bring:
GED or High School Diploma required. Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety. Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $40,000-$50,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
