Join Our Team as a Customer Sales Coordinator

We’re seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to support our automotive clients. In this role, you'll help customers renew their automotive warranties, provide expert advice, and process sales efficiently. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, update client details, and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a key team member, you’ll collaborate with other departments, report to the Sales Manager, and help improve sales and service quality in a growth-focused environment.

 

Working Hours

35 hours per week with rotating shifts: 8:00 – 16:00, 9:00 – 17:00, 10:00 – 18:00. 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00) with a half-day off during the week. Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with IT equipment provided; reliable internet connection required.

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers renewing automotive warranties, providing relevant information and guidance. Accurately input warranty information and process policies using client systems and manufacturer tools. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upgrade coverage based on customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage in outbound sales activities, adhering to sales processes and regulatory requirements. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client’s product range and stay updated on changes.

 

About You

We’re seeking someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, possess strong sales skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll need:

Experience in sales or customer service (automotive or warranty sector preferred). Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. Good communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers over the phone. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all records and processes are accurate. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility and adaptability to different shifts and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Understanding of FCA regulations (desirable but not essential).
