The Customer Sales Rep is a member of a team that is responsible to handle all customer related communication.     The customer service rep takes phone calls, faxes, and emails from customers; provides pricing and quotes;  answers product and program related questions; processes change order requests; researches claims for credit/returns and initiates customer service forms and replacement orders as needed;  resolves customer complaints; coordinates and provides feedback to Quality on product issues; provides technical assistance on installation problems in the field; promotes products and programs with customers; assists with direct order entry/partner connect questions.  Performs other duties as required.
