\n\nJob Description:
\nBaylor Scott and White Health is seeking a Customer Segmentation Audience Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for implementing customer segmentation strategies, working within CRM and CDP platforms to create and manage actionable audience lists for marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure the segmentation strategy aligns with business objectives and optimizes customer engagement. The ideal candidate has expertise in data analysis, customer data platforms (CDPs), and audience management.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nAudience Segmentation: Use SQL queries and Segment Builder platform to build customer segments and customer lists for targeted campaigns across email, mobile, and on-platform promotions.\nPlatform Support: Build and refine the user interface for Segment Builder in Microsoft Dynamics for streamlined list generation.\nCollaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing operations and digital marketing teams to understand campaign goals and segmentation requirements for personalized targeting.\nSegmentation Validation: Continuously validate audience segments to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and effective targeting across all channels.\nCDP Integration: Partner with the Customer Data Platform (CDP) team to optimize segmentation logic, integrate new data sources, and resolve any data-related issues.\nData Hygiene and Implementation: Surface data gaps that limit effective audience targeting and ensure accurate audience data for each segment. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize data enrichment opportunities to enhance the completeness of audience profiles\nBest Practices and Governance: Develop and document segment list “dictionary”; establish and operate a strong QA process for all segment and list development.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for refining audience segmentation implementation and recommend solutions \n\n\nQualifications:
\n\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer segmentation, audience management, or marketing data analytics\nTechnical Knowledge: SQL database proficiency and familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g., Snowflake mParticle, Salesforce CDP) and segmentation tools (Microsoft Dynamics)\nCreativity and Problem-Solving: Highly skilled in analytical and creative thinking towards problem solving\nCollaboration and Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nAttention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of audience data and segmentation logic.\nEducation: BA/BS in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
