Customer Service, Order Entry Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the **Joliet, Illinois** area. This is a **fully in-office position, offering $24/hr and fully paid insurance premiums.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to prospective, new, and existing customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their inquiries are handled effectively, and that their needs are met in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers regarding products and services.
+ Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining a positive relationship.
+ Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
+ Inform customers about additional products or services that may enhance their experience or meet their needs.
+ Determine the quickest and most effective ways to respond to customer questions, offering timely and accurate solutions.
+ Escalate customer queries and concerns to appropriate teams or supervisors as necessary.
+ Troubleshoot common issues with products or services, providing solutions or directing customers to the proper support resources.
+ Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and departments to find appropriate solutions to customer problems.
**Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
+ Team player with a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
+ Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
+ Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
