This position acts as the first point of contact for all customer concerns and must exhibit eagerness to assist and resolve customer issues at all times. Handle inbound calls concerning subscription plans, promos, activation, reconnection, upgrades and billing inquiries. Resolve customers’ issues via phone in a professional and timely manner. Stay positive and give customer reassurance that their concerns are your primary concern.

Salary Package

Fixed monthly salary and allowances 17K-18K with Incentives as high as 50K per month. HMO benefits
