Customer Service Representative

Interacts with customers and suppliers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and other subjects.

Responsibilities:

· Ensures a smooth operation by working closely with customers and internal departments

· Receives purchase orders by fax and email, forwards the information to appropriate departments, enters the information into the database and makes revisions as needed

· Production schedule: working with Operations Department to coordinate and revise production schedules according to the information on purchase order, and follow up with customers on products status

· Provides sales assistance and send BOL to customers on request

· Responds promptly and timely to customer inquiries, complains and other requests

· Coordinates with Warehouse Department and customers to schedule shipping and receiving appointments

· Prepares and ships samples on request from customers

· Checks for outstanding POs and sends a list to all related departments on a daily basis

· Confers with other departments in order to eliminate or reduce outstanding POsObtains guest/visitor information and prepares "Welcome Board" in timely manner

· Redirects incoming phone calls to appropriate parties, greets visitors and performs other duties as necessary

Requirements

· Minimum 2-year Customer Service related experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, team oriented.

· Ability to work in fast pace environment, multitasks, time management skills
