US Energy Group, a Power-Flo Technologies company, is seeking an organized and outgoing individual for an entry level customer service position. 

This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming phone callsCommunicate with customers via e-mail or phoneEnter and sort data on Excel Willingness to gain product/service knowledgeConduct research on customer and vendor historiesWork with the engineers, technicians, and management to provide the best customer experienceOther office administrative duties upon request

Knowledge, Skill and Ability: 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail requiredStrong customer service skillsAbility to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environmentAbility to work under tight deadlinesAbility to learn and adapt to proprietary software applicationsA valid driver's license is required to make trips to the post office and bank as neededStrong Time Management
