Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Are you enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor!
About the RoleIn this inbound customer service role, you will manage 150-200 calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by:
Resolving queries over the phone.Setting up payment plans.Up-selling products and services.Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program.Key DetailsHours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.Workwear: Smart/casual attire.Holiday: No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.What We OfferA fantastic and supportive work culture.Regular treat days to celebrate achievements.A stable Monday-to-Friday schedule for excellent work-life balance.Note: Reliable commuting is required due to the fixed working hours.
