Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Twin Cities, Minnesota. This person will be on the frontline of providing a high level of customer satisfaction and will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a memorable service experience. Ideal candidates are confident, excellent communicators, and have a genuine passion for helping others. Responsibilities: + Managing a large volume of customer inquiries while providing a high level of service in every interaction. + Resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media. + Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. + Working closely with team members to meet or exceed corporate set goals. + Analyze and assess customer information to recommend additional services or solutions. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred. + Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. + Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. + Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. + Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. + Excellent communication and presentation skills.
