Customer Service is responsible for supporting US sales activity for Mondi Paper Sales in North America. This involves supporting sales functions facing the customer as well as internal functions involved in business operations.
You will support US and EU sales to North American customers by providing strong customer-oriented service, timely information, and prompt order processing. You will manage the US sample library, as well as trade show displays and other promotional equipment stored at our location between uses. When orders are received, you will either dispatch them for delivery from our US inventories, or arrange the production at our factories in Europe. Finally, you will act as a hub of information and communications between our sales team(s), our plants, technical services, and ultimately our customers to ensure Mondi is considered a best-in-class supplier.
We routinely interact with each other, but your daily work will generally be on your own. This is a job for people who are self-starters, flexible, skilled at managing priorities, and independently able to organize their own responsibilities according to whatever happens to be needed that day.
Experience in these sorts of roles is helpful, but not required. We will teach you everything about your responsibilities. Training will be onsite, in-person for a length of time depending on your initial qualifications. Once you have a basic familiarity with the tasks involved, remote work may be possible. Depending on whether you end up in a more customer-engaged role, travel might be needed.
