**Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Support**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service and Administrative Support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
+ Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
+ Resolve customer issues or concerns, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
+ Maintain and update customer records in the system.
+ Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office organization.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
+ Proven 2 years experience in customer support or administrative support.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience with customer management software or CRM tools.
+ Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
+ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm
Location: Onsite in South Austin
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
