CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Department: Sales and Administration
Position Summary:
Rotary Systems is looking for an individual with high energy and a can-do attitude to provide effective customer service using attention to detail to process customer orders and gain in-depth knowledge of our company processes by working with team members on projects and assisting with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
+ Processing customer orders and changes with extreme attention to detail
+ Maintaining accuracy of customer data in our ERP system
+ Accurately process credit card charges for customer orders
+ Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
+ Greet visitors and notify employees of their arrival
+ Provide general administrative support across multiple departments as needed
+ Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks including filing, scanning and organization
+ Process incoming and outgoing mail
+ Manage office, breakroom and cleaning supplies
+ Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Customer service experience
+ Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ ERP experience preferred, IQMS a plus
+ Ability to handle sensitive information in a secure and responsible manner
+ Ability to multi task and work effectively in a team and independently
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
40 hours per week
