8.30-5 (Monday - Thursday) 1 hour lunch

8.30 - 4.30 (Friday) 30 min lunch BASED IN LEICESTER LE67

Role Purpose:

Complete the day to day duties within the departmentProvide excellent customer service on the telephone, face to face and via emailManage customer accounts

General Role Description:

Process purchase orders on SAPManage customer accounts and build good working relationshipsHandle incoming calls and resolve queriesFollow processes and procedures within the departmentWork to deadlines, Prioritise work load and multitaskProvide customer back order reports on a weekly basis using the reporting system on SAPManage the "info" box, providing customers with an efficient online response to queries via emailStock Checks, Pricing and product lead times
