We are now looking for aCustomer Service Advisor to work as part of the divisional customer service team providing top quality support for our customers. The position in located in Urjala, Finland. Your responsibilities In this position, you will work closely with the Operations teams to ensure that key delivery and customer metrics are achieved to meet business performance targets, through: + Providing effective customer service support to Operations on all customer service issues + Ensuring timely responses to all customers and Sales Company queries and requests + Cooperation with Supply Chain and Pricing to increase efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processes + Enhancing and monitoring customer experience + Organizing & prioritizing requests and ensuring that customer responses are returned in a timely manner for operations, logistics, pricing and technical enquiries that require support from the business Who we are looking for We hope you have excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop. Prior experience in working in an engineering or manufacturing environment and/or in an international team is a benefit. Knowledge of Commercial Terms and Conditions would be an advantage. This position requires fluency in Finnish and English, written and spoken. In line with Parker's hybrid work policy, you would be expected to work at Parker's office (Urjala) for a minimum of four days a week.
