Title: Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to be based in London / Working from home.

Job responsibilities:

Provide high levels of customer service including handling customer queries
Act as a central point of contact to process customer orders according to their agreed lead-times
Provide a central point of contact for first call resolution on distribution queries
Capture and manage all orders for allocated customers, ensuring these are processed efficiently and accurately, and to company deadlines
Providing members with advice and guidance on next steps and their on-going journey with the organisation.
Developing and maintaining excellent communications with other teams and divisions

Requirements:

Strong customer service orientation
Good communication skills
Strong administration skills with close attention to detail
PC Literate, including competent in MS Excel
Can do attitude
Good attention to detail.
