We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor  to join our a Kier places team based in Ramsgate - Kent.

 

Location: Ramsgate - Kent. 

 

What will you be responsible for?

As Customer Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in the allocation of work orders and completion of work orders 
for reactive works..

Your day to day will include:

 To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and 
distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system. Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader. Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader. Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers. Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers. 

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Customer Support Advisor is great for you if:

Checking of subcontractor's paperwork and making sure all correct information is shown such as start and 
finish times and a description of what was carried out. Engineer time record changes/corrections. Return from QS and return from Quotes to be checked and corrected. Misalignment corrections. Checking 100% billable jobs.
