About the role:

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. 

As a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will be the friendly voice that our customers rely on. 

Working from our modern office in Robina, Queensland, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. 

What you'll be doing:

Answering incoming calls from customers and providing knowledgeable support to resolve their enquiriesDocumenting customer interactions and updating records accuratelyIdentifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvementsAdhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreementsCollaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

Key Role Details:

7 weeks of comprehensive classroom and hands on training4th November 2024, start date. more intakes in November, Apply now!$27.77 p/h + SuperPermanent full-time roles availablePermanent part time roles available (30 hours min. per week after full time training)Up to $480 a month based on performance incentivesMonday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 6pm. What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional mannerStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectivelyAbility to remain calm and composed under pressureEager to work towards KPIs Proficient in using computer systems and technologyPrevious experience in a customer service or call centre environment is highly desirable
