Due to our incredible growth, we’re searching for Customer Service Advisors to help us deliver exceptional client experiences!
Our Concentrix team provide facilities management support, you would be involved in front-end trouble shooting, logistics activity and scheduling appointments for engineers to fix or perform contractual checks.
Your duties will include:
Handling calls and emails from existing clients. Follow up calls to confirm completion.
Log & track facilities requests while continuing conversations with clients.
Analyse and implement the best strategy to ensure client needs are met.
Providing the best possible customer experience from initial contact, right through to completion.
We offer full time, permanent work at home opportunities! Our staff support customer queries on a rotational shift basis, please note this is a 24/7 shift pattern (you will be required to work both day and night shifts weekly)
We offer a salary of £11.44 ph, plus 50p uplift per hour (for all hours deemed unsociable).

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
Facility management experience, preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills (oral, listening and written).
Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems.
The ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
IT literate - Ability to work with multiple computer systems.
A quiet place to work at home with a good home broadband connection (10mbps or above).
You will also be required to undertake extensive security & background checks before starting in the role.
