What you’ll be doing: 

As the voice of our company, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Some of your duties will include:

Delivering outstanding customer service by focusing on personalised solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.Recognising vulnerable customers and adjusting your approach to provide the necessary additional support.Managing escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, ensuring accurate logging of each interaction.Addressing a diverse range of inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with familiarity in using social media platforms.Exceptional written and spoken English skills.Proficiency in simultaneously using various computer applications and software.An attentive listener who can empathise with and adapt to different customer needs.A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of customer issues and ensures their resolution.A positive and enthusiastic person who aligns with our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time.Whilst working at home, you will need a quiet, private, and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
