The role also involves accurately documenting all interactions, performing timely follow-ups when necessary, and properly routing information electronically—all while ensuring compliance with HIPAA confidentiality standards. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from members and applicants regarding healthcare plan enrollment, eligibility, claim status and benefit inquiriesGuide callers through the application and enrollment process for various healthcare insurance plansMaintain knowledge of current healthcare programs, policies, and proceduresCollaborate with internal departments to resolve member concerns and ensure customer satisfactionAccurately document all calls and interactions in the system while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications and Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED required1 year of customer service experience, in healthcare, insurance, or a call center environmentKnowledge of healthcare enrollment processes (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, or commercial insurance) preferredProficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems (CRM, enrollment platforms, etc.) Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay rate of $17/hour.Medical Benefits via contractor planTraining & growth opportunityAbility to work for a government entity
