About the role:
INFO: The Schedule for the morning-shift position is 8:00 am to 16:00 pm (5 days/week) with 30 minutes of break.
Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed.
Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable. High Dutch level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills.
