About the role:
You will be expected to:
Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. All three are essential for resolving any incidents that arise on a daily basis. Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Work schedule: 00 am - 8:00 am with 30 minute break
Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable. High Japanese level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
