About the role:
You will be expected to:
Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. All three are essential for resolving any incidents that arise on a daily basis. Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Work schedule: 00:00 am - 8:00 am with 30 minute break
Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable. Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks. Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional. Are flexible. Everything can change very quickly and you know how to adapt Be decisive and organized. Candidates must reside in Spain
