Job Description

*Responsible for advising brokers on billing issues, policy changes, inspection recommendations etc.

*Responsible for assisting with mail whenever the mailroom staff is out

*Responsible for taking calls and online chats

*Receive Broker’s Communications

*Accurately record issues from insureds and brokers
