CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with French AND Dutch

The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:
You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers. You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query. You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction. You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.
We are looking for you if:
You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in French AND Dutch. You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period. You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules. You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms. You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
