How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) As a Customer Service Agent, you will be central in demonstrating Delta’s commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and outside of work. Customer Service Agents are the first to greet our customers to guide and assist them with the ticketing, routing, trip planning, baggage check-in process and gate boarding. + Greet customers toguide and assist them in the lobby with the check + Use a computer tosell, print, and reissue tickets. + Manage the check-inprocess, assist and support Business Partner’s agent in their assigned roles + Practicessafety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. + Display positiveattitude inside and outside of work. + Must have stronglistening and communication skills in order to identify customer needs and toprovide directions appropriately + Embraces diversepeople, thinking and styles. + A Complaint ResolutionOfficial (CRO) is to assist customers in any situation related todiscrimination, accommodations, or services with respect to customers withdisabilities. + Engage with customersand create "Moments that Delight." + Practicessafety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. + Use computers toassist customers with seat availability, make gate announcements regarding theboarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, andinitiating the boarding process. + Manage the Gate andboarding processes, assist and support Business Partner’s agent in theirassigned roles. + Positively impactscustomers use of airport technology to ensure a better, faster and friendlierairport experience + Efficiently coordinates and monitors allaspects of the operation, ensuring irregular operations are handled as quicklyand effectively as possible What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Consistently makes safety and security, ofself and others, the priority + Demonstrate thatprivacy is a priority when handling personal data + Embrace diversepeople, thinking, and styles + High School diploma,GED, or High School Equivalency + Must be at least 18years of age + Must be proficient inEnglish and German + Should be able toread, write, and comprehend detailed job instructions + Must have stronglistening and communication skills in order to identify customer needs and toprovide directions appropriately + Strong verbal andwritten communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation + Possess basic computerskills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications + Must have a workingknowledge of Delta policies and procedures + Must be able tobalance multiple priorities within established time constraints. + (If transferringinternally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. + Must have authorization to live and work inGermany at the time of applying to this position What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + 6 months of ACS, Airport Customer Service experience in operations and customer service is preferred + Knowledge of Deltamatic and other relevant airport technology is strongly preferred Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing Our culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values - Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork - every day, in everything we do.
