Responsibilities
+ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
+ Data entry in various platforms
+ Responding to customer inquiries
+ Resolving customer issues
+ Providing product/service information
+ Handling customer transactions
+ Maintaining customer records
+ Escalating complex issues
+ Demonstrating empathy and patience
+ Identifying opportunities for improvement
+ Providing feedback and suggestions
+ Maintaining knowledge base
Qualifications
+ At least 1 - 3 years' BPO experience
+ Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
+ Amenable to work onsite
