Oferecer uma excelente experiência aos nossos clientes em todos os momentos, garantindo a resolução no primeiro contato, abordando o motivo principal do contato com o cliente usando todas as tuas habilidades e conhecimentos. O agente garante o compromisso com o cliente para chamar a atenção sobre outros produtos adequados disponíveis que podem melhorar a sua experiência como cliente e criar uma oportunidade de venda quando apropriado.
Vais atender uma variedade de diferentes tipos de chamadas de clientes, conforme necessário para garantir que a D&G esteja representada de acordo com nossos processos, valores e comportamentos.
Serás responsável pela experiência do cliente e fornecer feedback apropriado para melhorar a viagem de uma forma positiva e ética.
