ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Become a vital part of our Customer Service team at British American Tobacco and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Explore exciting opportunities to grow within BAT with a clear and diverse career path.

This team is dedicated to support BAT products, amongst which are innovative reduced-risk tobacco products. You will have the chance to help the consumers make the most of their device and experience, while supporting a smokeless world.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Supporting our individual customers inquires via chat (5%) or e-mail (60%) and phone (35%).Contribute within new processes, guidelines, and documentation.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Proficiency in German language with good level of English.Positive attitude, Customer centricity alongside resilience, and great communication skills.Availability to work in shifts 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM, 9:30AM – 5:30PM, 10AM – 6PM) and on Saturdays (9AM – 5PM)..
