CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST- 2nd SHIFT
EL PASO, TX – 2nd SHIFT

 

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

The CSA will review daily customer demand, determine current day’s shipping requirements, and check inventory levels. Communicate with Customers, Lear plants, Warehouse, and all customer service team to report any issues that may affect the customer or Lear KPI’s. Ensure Customer Delivery performance rating is reviewed & resolved from Customer Portals: daily, weekly, and monthly. Ensure part numbers are properly set up in El Paso Warehouse database, ensure FIFO is always followed by Warehouse, and to provide correct shipping information.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

Experience in material requirements planning (MRP), Logistics or Supply Chain Strong Leadership Skills Experience in Inventory Control (Shipping and Receiving) MS Office Proficiency

 

 

Bonus If You Have:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field   Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment OEM Portals Knowledge (Ford, Stellantis, Volvo and GM) Bilingual (English and Spanish)
