About the Role

The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support relevant to AIA PH products and services -- billing and collections, policy change requests, money out transactions, claims, and other policy-related concerns.

Customer Interaction: The Customer Service Analyst handles inquiries/requests/feedback from customers over the counter and via email.

First Transaction Resolution: The Customer Service Analyst listens attentively to the customer's concerns and resolves them efficiently and effectively.

Product and Process Knowledge: The Customer Service Analyst maintains a comprehensive knowledge of AIA PH products, tools/systems, and processes to accurately assist customer with their needs.

Documentation and Reporting: The Customer Service Analyst records in detail the customer interactions and concerns in the CRM system/s.

Sales Support: The Customer Service Analyst assists in promoting AIA PH products and proactively do lead referrals to agency when the opportunity arises.

Follow Through: The Customer Service Analyst ensures referred customer issues are resolved within turnaround time. Checks in with customers to confirm resolution of cases/concerns.

Collaboration: The Customer Service Analyst works closely and harmoniously with other business units to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

Training and Development: The Customer Service Analyst equips himself/herself by participating in all training sessions to enhanced customer service skills and knowledge.
