Opportunity Overview
We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Education Intern or co-op to support the Inside Sales Team at Universal Robots.
+ This internship can be part-time or full-time.
+ This internship can be fully remote, or you can be hybrid from our Novi, Michigan office.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist the inside sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents and managing customer accounts.
+ Conduct follow-up calls and emails to existing and potential customers.
+ Update and maintain CRM systems with customer information and feedback.
+ Support sales team efforts by coordinating meetings.
+ Help track sales progress and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

+ Working towards a degree in Education or Marketing
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
+ Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
+ Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
